Obituary for Joanne Toscano Hoffmann
Passed away on July 3, 2026.
She is predeceased by her parents, Ralph & Gloria Toscano; brother, Terry Toscano.
Joanne is survived by her husband of 54 years, David Hoffmann; children, Jonathan (Laura) Hoffmann, Elizabeth (Shane) Degnan; grandchildren, Liam, Jonah, Thomas, Joseph; brothers, Ralph (Livia) Toscano, Joel Toscano; stepmom, Joann Toscano; sister in-law, Theresa Hurley-Toscano; many nieces, nephews; dear friends, Mary Ann Chiella, George Chi and Susan Degnan.
Joanne was an associate of the Sisters of Mercy, an avid crafter and a lover of water classes at the YMCA.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 16th from 9:00am-11:00am where her Memorial Service will immediately follow at Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, 570 Kings Hwy South. Private Interment at Irondequoit Cemetery.

Though your battle here is over, your victory is in the love you gave, the lives you touched, and the memories you leave behind.
Heaven has gained a beautiful angel, and while our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing you are finally at peace, free from pain. You will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
